Our experienced human resources team provides traditional payroll services with á la carte, value-added options. We’ll work with you to develop a customized payroll outsourcing plan that helps you realize your short-term and long-term business goals.
We utilize our industry partner network to thoroughly screen applicants on behalf of clients who choose to hire direct. Screening services that we offer include criminal background checks, drug screens, computer skills assessments, reference checks, education verification, and motor vehicle records.

Each of our candidates is thoroughly screened to help ensure a lasting placement. Following a thorough interview process with our recruitment team, candidates provide at least two work-related references for immediate contact. Through our computer skills-testing provider we have the ability to thoroughly assess a wide variety of relevant skills, with access to hundreds of up-to-date tests. Candidates are informed of and must agree to our hiring standards before being considered for placement through NWS. If required, the associate is run through a background check and given a drug screen prior to job placement.
