NW Staffing Resources was founded in the Spring of 1985 as a single office in the Yeon Building in Downtown Portland. Our Beaverton and Clackamas branches followed in the next decade as business and the local economy thrived. Today we have multiple branches located across the Pacific Northwest region, in Oregon, Washington, and California. Our original goal of providing knowledgeable and personalized service remains true today and has helped create decades-long connections between our teams, clients, and employees. Since our founding, NW Staffing Resources has become a leader in the Staffing and Recruiting industry by helping businesses achieve both immediate and long-term objectives by matching quality candidates with companies where they can flourish.

NW Staffing Resources is committed to sustainability and our local communities — but don’t just take our word for it. We’ve made the ‘Oregon Top 100 Best Green Companies’ list since its inception, and have been recognized by the City of Portland for our recycling efforts. We continue to work every day to decrease our carbon footprint on natural resources by composting, subsidizing public transportation costs, and working to become a fully paperless company, to name just a few.
Healthy employees make happy employees, and so we strive to ensure quality of life and work-life balance. We offer various incentives through our online wellness challenge program to encourage and motivate our staff to be fit and healthy. Monetary rewards are given out regularly to our employees for eating healthy, exercising regularly and maintaining an overall balanced lifestyle.
We’re proud to be recognized in our communities as a staffing leader.
